RULE BOOK

These rules, regulations, by-laws, and specifications are updated throughout the year. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to send notification to members, horse shows, and show management of any updates so that members will have access to the current and complete set of all rules, regulations, by-laws and specifications. Questions are to be addressed to any member of the Executive Committee. No member, officer or director is responsible for any error or omission contained in these rules, regulations, by-laws and/or specifications.
