POINTS

• Annual Awards will be presented to the Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion through sixth place in each approved Division and/or section.
• Merit or Participation awards may be given in certain Opportunity divisions and Lead Line.
• Points will be given according to the number of entries in each class that is recognized.
• Divisions of jumper and equitation are considered filled if the majority of classes have 3 or more entries.
• For Hunters, at least half of the over fences and under saddle are considered filled when 3 or more entries competed.
• Points awarded increase by one (1) point per additional entry.
• Championships are awarded only to filled divisions.
• Champions are awarded 20 points and Reserve Champions are awarded 15 points.
  
• The totals are published quarterly in the newsletter, social media page, on the LHJA 's website and emailed to members.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to inform the Association of any changes made that could change the status of points won (for example: name changes)
